Our childcare bundles make it easier to plan for recurring care with predictable monthly costs. Preschool enrollment is not required—these options are available to families who need dependable care outside our regular preschool educational program.
After-school bundles
Monday–Friday, 3:45 PM–7:45 PM. A recurring afternoon and evening care option for families who need reliable support after the school day ends.

Additional Care Beyond Bundle Hours
Our after-school bundles cover scheduled childcare between 3:45 PM and 7:45 PM.
Families needing additional evening care may request extended hours, subject to availability.
Care after 7:45 PM: $15 per hour, per child.
**Overnight childcare is also available through our separate Overnight Care services.

Families purchasing recurring after-school bundles for two or more children may qualify for the following discounts:

Bundle Scheduling & Policies
Consistent Scheduling: Bundles are designed for families needing recurring care. Scheduled childcare days must be established in advance.
Monthly Billing: Bundle payments are processed through the Brightwheel childcare app.
Reserved Childcare: Monthly bundle payments reserve your child's scheduled childcare space. Tuition is based on reserved availability rather than actual attendance.
Absences & Missed Days: Missed days and unused hours are not automatically refunded, credited, or transferred to another day.
Schedule Changes: Requests to change scheduled days must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Additional Hours: Care extending beyond the purchased bundle is billed separately at the applicable hourly rate.
Transportation Authorization: Parents must complete a transportation permission form before their child may accompany the caregiver on errands or outings.
Limited Availability: Childcare spaces are limited to maintain a safe environment and provide individualized attention.
Separate From Preschool Enrollment: After-school childcare bundles are babysitting services and do not include enrollment in our structured educational program, which operates Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM–3:30 PM.

At Righteous Arrows, we understand that not every family follows a traditional Monday–Friday schedule. Whether you work weekends, have rotating shifts, or simply need consistent weekend childcare, we are here to help!
Our Weekend Childcare Bundles are designed to provide affordable, dependable care for families needing recurring Saturday and/or Sunday childcare.
By selecting a monthly bundle, families can enjoy discounted rates compared to individual daily childcare services while reserving consistent care for their children.
Preschool enrollment is NOT required! Weekend childcare is available to children ages 6 weeks through 12 years, regardless of whether they attend our educational program.
Families may select from two childcare options:
Half-Day Care: Up to 4 hours per scheduled day.
Full-Day Care: More than 4 hours, up to 9 hours per scheduled day.
Our weekend bundles are available in packages of 2, 4, 6, or 8 days per month.
Families may schedule Saturdays, Sundays, or a combination of both, based on availability.

6-Day Monthly Bundle: Designed for families needing a combination of recurring Saturdays and Sundays throughout the month.
8-Day Monthly Bundle: Ideal for families needing care on both Saturday and Sunday nearly every weekend.
Packages reserve the selected number of childcare days per month. Additional days may be requested and are subject to availability.

Required Weekend Transportation Permission
Transportation authorization is mandatory for ALL weekend childcare services.
Because weekend childcare is provided in a home-based setting, children may accompany the caregiver on necessary errands, church activities, and other appropriate outings during their scheduled childcare hours.
All families requesting weekend care must complete and sign a transportation permission form before services begin.
By enrolling in weekend childcare, parents acknowledge that care may take place both at the childcare residence and at approved off-site locations.
Parents will be notified when children are leaving and returning to the property, and planned special outings will be communicated in advance.
**Families who do not authorize transportation will not be eligible for weekend childcare services.

Our Overnight Childcare Bundles are designed for families needing dependable, recurring overnight care at discounted monthly rates.
We provide a safe, comfortable, Christian-centered, home-based environment where children can rest peacefully while receiving the same individualized attention and loving care that Righteous Arrows is known for.
Preschool enrollment is NOT required! Overnight childcare is available for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years.

What Is Included in Combined Childcare?
Our combined childcare bundles provide dependable supervision and individualized care outside of our regular preschool educational hours.
Depending on age and scheduled care times, children may enjoy:

- Homework assistance and quiet time
- Rest and nap opportunities
- Snacks and designated meal breaks

Parents are responsible for providing meals, infant formula or breast milk, diapers, wipes, and other necessary personal items. Routine snacks are provided.
Transportation Permission Requirements
Transportation authorization is mandatory for ALL combined childcare bundles that include weekend care.
